Why this exists

A passion project, born from a shared frustration.

This started with a handful of friends working across very different industries — all running into the same problem. The tools meant to organise their work were either heavyweight systems that needed a setup budget and a training course, or lightweight to-do apps that fell apart the moment things got complex.

Nothing in between just worked: something you could open and use in seconds, simple enough for everyday tasks but with the depth to handle blockers, dependencies, references and deadlines when the work demanded it.

Does it use AI? +

The tool itself has no built-in AI — your data stays yours, full stop. But if you already use ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI assistant, they slot right in. Copy a card's details across and ask it to draft a client email, suggest a task order, or flag potential blockers. The AI works with your data; it doesn't store it.

What happens if I close my browser? +

Nothing is lost. The tool saves automatically to your local file as you work. Close the tab, restart your machine, come back tomorrow — everything is exactly where you left it.

How do I use it across multiple devices? +
